Times are approximate only. Please note, the event times cannot be changed around flight times of attendees. Aim to arrive before the start time and leave after the end time.
Below is more information you may find useful:
PARKING: Paid parking is available at the hotel.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: A G-Link tram stop is around 100m from the hotel, on the Gold Coast Highway. A taxi rank is located outside the hotel. Coolangatta Airport is around 25-minutes’ drive from the venue. Brisbane Airport is around 75-minutes’ drive.
WHAT TO BRING: Note pads and pens. A light jacket or sweater is a good idea as seminar rooms can be typically cool. You will NOT need your laptop in the seminar room, unless this is how you take notes (no power or internet connection is supplied)
NOT PERMITTED: Any recording devices. No recordings may be made of any presentation.
CATERING: Morning tea and afternoon tea are catered for you. Catering for lunch is NOT provided. We recommend you bring your own refreshments for each day. And there are plenty of food options near the hotel.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of space restrictions, luggage will not be allowed into the conference room. Please leave your luggage with concierge at your hotel for collection at the end of the day. No exceptions can be made.
